Mother-Of-Pearl Watch

Women's Stainless Steel Case and Bracelet Quartz Chronograph Mother of Pearl Dial

Positive Review:

> February 16, 2013
I'll begin by mentioining that I'm a watch fan, so I think that when I say that this is a very nice watch I have a good sense of saying so.

The photos are ok but the watch in real life is far much bette looking, the mother of pearl dial is shinny with several color shades.

It is kind of big, but not so much, if you have small wrists you won't look like wearing a men watch, and if you have normal ones, you will see, size is just perfect.

> February 11, 2013
I love this watch! It is not a big as some MK watches but it is classsic for everyday wear and for night time as well. Perfect gift for yourself or if you are a guy and want to make your girl smile! go for it

Negative Review:

> February 19, 2013
I bought this watch back in november and it was the worse purchase of all my life... it broke without reason. I think it was a very good imitation of MK Kors from China. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!

Highly recommended. The wrist band is great and very comforatable. I love this watch and wouldn't trade it for anything.

> February 19, 2013
got the watch today. was really impressed. The wrist band feels great but like everyone else said it attracts dust and hair. Had cat hair only 5 mins after opening it. Other than that this watch is worth every penny

> February 7, 2013
All black face and different textures of black/matte black make this a great looking watch. Over all this is a MUST BUY!

I love fossil brand, and cant resist their products.
First time I saw this watch, it was looking so good. I recalled my history with old fossil watch
I bought 5 years ago "when minutes index fell of its place", I though it wont happen again. But
I was wrong. The only problem with this watch is that its index will fall and get un-attached from
its fit place :(

Positive Review:

I don't know much about watches, but my fiance had been talking about this for a long time now. His birthday came up so I decided to order it for him. It arrived a week earlier than it was suppose to which is awesome and I couldn't wait to give it to him so I gave it to him early. He opened it and all I heard for the next 5 minutes was "Oh my god, it's so sexy. Oh my god, it's so sexy." Haha. I am very happy I purchased this watch. He hasn't even taken it out of the house yet, but had to call his mom and brag about it! Haha.

The watch itself is a little complicated, but thank god they send a step by step DVD disc that explains how to set everything. Also the links on the watch were extra big, but no big deal. Were gonna bring it to our jeweler to get that fixed so he can wear it this weekend. :)

> February 16, 2013
I recently had left my watch at the gym. I went back to get it or to see if someone had turned it in, but I was unable to recover it. I used it as an everyday watch because the battery never runs out and I never had to worry about setting it or adjusting for Daylight Saving Time. It was my perfect watch so I bought the exact same model that I was used to in order to replace the one I had lost. It is very convenient and practical because once you set it for the very first time, you never have to worry about it for the rest of your life. A wonderfully built piece of craftsmanship!!

> February 1, 2013
I bought this watch last summer on a cruise ship and then unfortunately it got lost. There wasn't even a question in my mind to buy it again. Its absolutely the best watch I've ever owned. Keeps great time - I didn't have to adjust it once. The perpetual calendar feature is great...no more fiddling around to get the date right at the end of the 30 or 28 day months. The local time function is awesome on trips and it makes coming back home a breeze. And the look is fantastic too. Great size and I love the dark navy/silver look on the face. I couldn't recommend this watch enough.

Negative Review:

> February 24, 2013
I love the idea of a watch that doesn't need batteries and uses light for charging, but these watches just aren't reliable. I bought an expensive titanium EcoDrive and after 6 years it needed an entirely new movement, for $90 to $180 cost, depending on who did the work. By comparison, I have a Seiko solar that is 12 years old and runs like a watch. If you check the web, you'll find that these EcoDrive watches actually do have a battery, which they just renamed a 'power cell' that is what stores the charge, and they also go bad, so don't think this watch won't need repair. I would caution anyone about sending Citizen watches to Hurley Roberts for repair, they wanted twice as much as sending directly to Citizen.

> February 3, 2013
It's a very nice watch and I've been using it for more than 3 years now. I bought it from Kohls when they had a 30% coupon, so I got it for around $200 after all the discounts and cash backs. It has been running perfectly ever since. The blue dial is darker than pictured and is almost black, but looks great.

Now the problem. It's a scratch magnet. The dial window is supposed to be a hardened mineral, but it looks like acrylic after 3 years of use. It has lot of scratches all over it. May be I use it rough, but my 4 year old Skagen that cost me $50 does not have even a single scratch on the glass! For a $300 watch, I would expect a sapphire window or at least a harder material.

2 stars for the movement. -3 for the materials.

# Casio-G100-1BV Watch Review

Casio-G100-1BV Men Watch

Casio-G100-1BV Men Watch

Casio Men's G100-1BV G-Shock Classic Ana-Digi Watch

Positive Review:

> February 24, 2013
I love this watch, and I'll keep this short. Modes includes a stop watch, alarm, military and regular time, as well as the date on the digital display which can be backlit. The minute and hours hands are coated in a glow in the dark material too.

I love that there is a raised up rubberized border that protects the watch face. You cant scratch this thing by regular wear as far as I can tell. This means you could even wear the watch upside down if that's your thing and you would never have to worry about scratching up the face when resting your arm on a table or something.

People complain about the placement of the digital display and the minute and hour hands blocking the digital time, but that's a very stupid complaint if you stop to think about what a clock is: there will always be a window of time when the display is obstructed by one or both hands.

I like how how this watch is feature rich, yet looks pretty low-profile too. I was worried about the red text bothering me but I actually like it.

The watch is not too big at all, I'd say a medium size, and is very light. As a matter of fact, for the most part I haven't taken it off since I got it. I can fall asleep with it on my wrist and not notice.

There is a graphic-type image that you might not be able to see in the photos that occupies the black space above the digital display. I'm convinced that it has no purpose and I think the watch would look a lot nicer without it but it is certainly not something that will distract you unless you really look for it. It's not enough of a gripe to consider a different watch IMHO.

Design + features = success. This is the G-Shock to get on the cheaper end of the spectrum.

> February 22, 2013
I have two other watches. A stainless steel Bulova and a leather strapped Movado Bold. Both tend to be more luxury, special occasion wear rather than casual, everyday wear although I am getting the Movado out more often. So, I was in the market for a functional, comfortable, durable, casual and good looking watch I could wear everyday. This Casio G-Shock fits the bill.

Out of my three watches, the G-Shock is the best in terms of comfort and fit. It's not heavy on your wrist, and the fit is just right where the watch is not too tight and not too loose. For me, that is having the watch strap at 6 notches. The plastic resin material that most of the watch is made of is smooth and very flexible so the watch can adjust to your movements.

I really like the blend of analog and digital on the display. It's a nice look, and the digital display also serves other purposes in fulfilling the alarm, stopwatch, and date functions as well as time. The analog hands are synchronized with the digital numbers so when it's 4:15 on the digital display, the hands will also show 4:15
In terms of functionality, everything works, but you will probably have to look at the instruction manual at least once to figure it out. After that, using the functions of the watch is easy.
I don't worry about the watch in terms of durability because it is G-Shock. Water resistant to 200 meters and obviously built to withstand shocks to the casing of the watch.

The overall size of the watch and its face are small, and this is good for me because I do prefer small and medium watches rather than large ones. A small con is that at times, the analog hands will partly block the digital display. But I don't see this as a big deal because you can still tell what the time is.

I would recommend this watch!

> February 7, 2013
Initially I was looking to purchase a Luminox navy seal dive watch but I refrained because of its price. The main thing that attracted me towards the Luminox watch was its durability. I wanted to purchase a watch that could withstand the risks of day to day wear in all conditions (outdoors, exercising, everything). I am thoroughly impressed with this product.

1) Super light weight. I was concerned at first because I thought it would be bulky and heavy. It is surprisingly light and has a very solid feel to it. The band is very comfortable and strong. I've sweated in this thing several times and it does not leave a nasty smell like the leather bands.
2) Looks good. I can wear this while working out, going downtown, with any business casual attire. It is CLEAN! I have gotten numerous comments about it too.
3) Durable. I have already banged it into desk corners, door jams. It has been with me during drunken nights. I can be pretty wreckless with it and not have to worry about damage. (this is super important...if I bought the Luminox watch, I would be super protective about it not because of questionable durability, but because I spent a ton of money on it).
4) Easy to use. Setting the time, adjusting time zones. Super easy.

Potential problem areas:
1) Setting the time requires you to hold a button down and it only moves in one direction. It takes a little while longer to set the time initially but in my opinion it is not a big deal at all. (maybe like another minute or two of your time max).
2) Because this is primarily an analog watch, it does obstruct the digital aspect of the watch at certain times. Not a big deal to me because you can still read it if you tilt the watch a certain direction. If your really invested in using the stopwatch, another timezone, or anything related to the digital function, I would recommend purchasing a DIGITAL watch.

Negative Review:

> February 24, 2013
This is my first Casio watch, which I bought as a casual sports watch. Being a runner, I am not to happy with the small display area for the Stop Watch function, which is hard to see at times when the hour and minutes hands are between the 4 and 8 positions. This is also the same problem I get when trying to use the night light function to check time when it is dark.

> February 8, 2013
The two biggest problems I have with this watch are the lack of a second hand, you do get a second readout in the digital display but I find this almost useless. Also if you shine a flashlight on the each face it is readable in dark but after a short time it is no longer readable which is very bad for me so I very rarely ware this watch at night.

> February 7, 2013
I loved the watch but it looks ridiculously small on my wrist that I had to give it to my son gladly. After measuring the dial I found out that it measures 29 mm and not 44 as advertised on Amazon. What a dissapointment for me and a delight for my son.

Positive Review:

I purchased this watch for my husband for Valentine's Day and he absolutely loved it!!! It is a beautiful watch for the value. Very sturdy and masculine! I would definitely recommend this watch for purchase!

> February 9, 2013
This is a nice watch. It is easy to read, even in the dark. The luminescence keeps going all night.

It gains 5 seconds per month. That will never be an issue for me, since that translates to only one minute a year and I will have to reset it anyway, twice a year, when the time changes.

This watch is bold. It looks a lot more expensive than it is. I would have given it 5 stars if it kept time as well as my other watches.

Negative Review:

Looks dope, but I mean the size is ridiculous. I was going for something a little more flashy than my previous watch, but come on I'm not 2 Chainz this thing is way too fat for people who aren't trying to compensate for something else.

Casio-GW7900B-1 Men Watch

Casio Men's GW7900B-1 G-Shock Solar Atomic Black Digital Sport Watch

Positive Review:

> February 28, 2013
i dont know about you guys but i am one of those people who as a child could not wear a watch due to it dying on me....well fast forward 2 decades and now i am a 30 year old boy who has a obsession with watches, any good brand but mainly g shock, ive owned a few in the past, starting with the cheaper ones and every time i got a new one i got the more expensive ones. well at the moment this is the flavor of the month erm year lol!

the watch is sleek, simple yet intricate and very very stylish!

the black face with the grey numbers makes it look even cooler and yes its obvious in the light you can see it well but at night with out the illumination you will not but hey thats what the big G on the bottom of the face is...its the illumination button, so its big and easy to get too!

the watch itself has 4 alarms that can be set, snooze time for alarms, a tide and moon graph that can also be set in reverse and it has atomic time keeping and the coolest part is its solar powered, any light will keep it charged but the stronger the light the shorter it has to charge for....it goes something like direct sunlight will charge it fully in 5 minutes, a cloudy day will do it in 20 a really gloomy day will do it in 45 and indoor lighting will do it in a matter of hours, there is a little battery level meter on the watch that will tell you if it is at high, medium, low power and if you need to charge it asap. if you go past the charging level the watch will turn off to save whatever power is left to maintain settings

for its size the watch is actually quite light which is even better, and what you dont see underneath it is that there are flaps that go from the base of the watch to the bands that create a much more rounded fit on your wrist so if you have hairy arms there will be minimized hair pinching and pulling.

there is even an automatic illumination function where you dont have to hit the button, just tilt the watch at a certain angle (you know like you do when you check the time anyway) and itll glow automatically! not very practical if your very active lol but still a good thought....

all in all i give the watch a solid score because its built to last, has good functions and looks nice....

> February 15, 2013
I got this for my brother for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. It was the best price online too.

> February 6, 2013
My husband loves this watch and all of its little extras. He also like the large size and durability. Great purchase.

Negative Review:

> February 24, 2013
Works well and looks great, but the black background does bother me at night. Otherwise it is a good watch.

> February 11, 2013
I have always liked Casio products and looked forward to receiving my new watch. Upon receipt I went through the manual and got the features set up. I would have deducted another star because I wanted an atomic solar watch. This watch is not atomic however I should have researched more and so the fault is mine.
The reason for the three stars is the face- it is "too busy"- ie, too many non-essential features- I live in the desert- I don't need to know when it's high tide The black face, a major negative, with all the features makes it EXTREMELY difficult to read the time and is a major negative, which is why one wears the watch to begin with. Unless the watch is in a direct light source I can not read the time.
The watch itself is a nice looking watch, but I suggest you stay away from the black face. By the way, the Casio Tech help line is: 1-800-435-7732 ( listen to all the options). Dont lose this number- it's hard to find.

> February 5, 2013
I expected a more stylish look but it actually looks cheap. I was expectiong a more metallic looking face as shown on the website. It does work well.

# Invicta-9212 Watch Review

Invicta-9212 Men Watch

Invicta-9212 Men Watch

Invicta Men's 9212 Speedway Collection Chronograph S Watch

Positive Review:

> February 25, 2013
This watch has become my daily driver. It's lightweight and looks like a significantly more expensive model. I believe it was modelled after one of the Rolex watches, but the name escapes me at the moment. The only flaw I have found are that the tiny black letters on the gold outer ring start to disappear with time, leaving only the engraving behind, though they are still readable. Love this watch. If you are on the fence, get it!

> February 20, 2013
I only just received this watch and am highly impressed by its looks and weight.
On one hand it feels like a professional piece and on the other its size and careful use of the gold circlets and surround of the unit makes it look like an expensive dress watch.
I usually do not like the blend of gold and silver on bracelets but this watch married the colour and design very well, and I like it.

The only negative I have is that the stop watch function had me baffled as I expected the sweep second hand to stop /go rather than the small circlet at 6 O' clock.
The function here is a bit fidgety but it does not really worry me as I did not but it to measure speed/time, I bought it because it was so well priced I just had to buy it and am pleased I did.
I like a watch to feel solid and weighty and this one is just that, looks great without being too ostentatious.

> February 12, 2013
Delivery - Although I ordered in standard shipping, I recieved the package in USPS Priority Mail. It didn't matter though, since all my packages sent through USPS gets stuck in Hawaii for a week anyway.

Package - It came in a bubble wrap bag. The watch itself was in a yellow box. A really yellow box. No damages, so I'm satisfied.

Item - After reading several reviews, I realized that Invicta sells several models for 9212. The newer comments seemed to have lower ratings compared to reviews written three-four years ago. The newer models seemed to be made of cheaper materials resulting in poor reviews. I don't know which model I recieved yet, but I hope it was the older one. I decided to buy it through Amazon Global and from a third party seller that was slightly more expensive than the original price (in my hopes to get a better model. lol.)

Ok the actual review of the Invicta 9212: the color was much darker than in the picture. The gold was much darker, and the silver had a heavier look. For some this may not be a problem, but I did not like the difference. The gold and silver has not peeled off yet ( this seemed to be popular problem in recent reviews). The batteries were alive, and nothing was broken or missing. Chronograph was functioning properly too. The band was too long for me, so I needed to have it adjusted. The crowns could be properly adjusted and moved.

So far, I am satisified. For a watch that is sold for under hundred bucks, I think 9212 is doing pretty good. Let's see how long it will last.

Negative Review:

> February 21, 2013
Okay so I just got this watch in the mail today, and I intend to give it to my boyfriend for our one year anniversary. I am slightly disappointed about it because the face looks a lot more chunky in proportion to the band in the picture than it is in real life. In real life, they're both not as wide as they seem. Also, it looks like it has scuff marks on it? Really? There was this weird white speck thing on it too... That came off. I don't know if the scuff marks are from that cellophane stuff they put on it, but it does look scuffed up. I am a little disappointed, but if my boyfriend likes it I will post again, and retract my statement but again, I was expecting more.

Also, something that kind of makes me mad: At the same time I bought a $20 XOXO brand watch, which has a TEN year warranty which is awesome for a $20 watch. This one has ONE year? For EIGHTY BUCKS? Really? That disappoints me too, and makes me wonder-will this watch start breaking down after a year and that's why the warranty is so short? That seems sketchy, if this was a great product than they should have a longer warranty which is why I am wondering. This is a post-thought, if I had noticed the warranty before I bought it I probably would have gone to a different brand.

> February 7, 2013

Opened the box, WOW! It is drop dead gorgeous! Read the instructions, attempted to follow same. Fergitaboutit! Both Chronograph buttons frozen solid. Guess I could of worn it as a time piece only except it would have aggravated me every time I looked at it. Then noted it was running when I opened the box. Hmmmmmmm, a previous return methinks. Back to Amazon with it, no more for me.

# Invicta-6621 Watch Review

Invicta-6621 Men Watch

Invicta-6621 Men Watch

Invicta Men's 6621 II Collection Chronograph Stainless Steel Blue Dial Watch

Positive Review:

> February 12, 2013
My wife bought me this watch for my birthday. She paid about $75 for it.

The good: Considering the price, you get a pretty decent watch. It's quartz, so it's accurate. The case is stainless steel, and is quite hefty. The large, blue dial and bezel look very attractive. Some have complained that the bezel markings don't line up properly, but my watch was perfect in this regard. The bezel is tight, and rotates smoothly. The bracelet matches the styling of the watch, has an attractive, engraved clasp, and feels pretty sturdy. I like how the second hand sweep advances in quarter-second increments when in chronograph mode, making it operate like a much more expensive watch. I've purchased more expensive watches that had worse alignment between the second hand and dial indices. This is perfect on mine. The watch comes in a nice box, which I really don't care about. But some people probably do.

The nitpicks: All of the photos I've seen of the watch don't really show that the dial numerals are chrome. In the right light, it looks good. But in many situations, they reflect dark colors from the surroundings, making the watch hard to read. The hands have white paint on them, but are not luminous. The tachymeter has numbers, but no graduations, making it pretty much useless. I find the date display hard to read, as the font uses an extremely narrow stroke width. Also, on my watch, the date numerals are not centered in the date window. The bracelet has no provision for adjustment other than removing or adding links. To me, this is too coarse, leaving me to choose between too tight and too loose. It would be better to have half-link or finer adjustment in the clasp. But the design of this clasp makes that impossible. Lastly, the disparity between Invicta's MSRP vs. street price (for all their watches) is laughable, to say the least.

The bad: Despite the appearances to the contrary, the crown and buttons do not screw down, leading me to doubt the water resistance claim is realistic. The instructions are very generic, and do not match the watch. For example, the instructions say to pull the crown to position 1 and rotate clockwise to advance day and counterclockwise to advance date. Well, date is advanced by rotating clockwise, and counterclockwise does nothing. Also, the crown position detent is almost nonexistant. Finding position 1 takes a lot of trial and error. Lastly, the day indicator is merely for decoration, and does not function.

If this watch were priced at one third of its $495 MSRP, I'd give it 2 stars. I gave it 4 because it's so inexpensive that I can forgive most of its shortcomings. It's basically a throw-away watch at $75. As a throw-away, it looks and feels really nice, and keeps great time. Just don't expect more than that.

> February 11, 2013
After having a series of light weight, modern, digital watches, I wanted something else. I wanted an adult mans watch that I could use every day. This watch answers all those questions. It's heavy, strong and I like the dark blue face. The numbers are large enough to read at a distance and I like the day feature. The only thing I would change is to make the date window bigger. This would make it easier to read.

> February 3, 2013
I bought it for my husband and he absolutely loved it. It works great. This watch has a simple and elegant face. If you're thinking about buying this watch, you will not be disappointed.

Positive Review:

I read a lot of reviews on this watch and decided to purchase it for the price and looks. I was not dissappointed, The watch looks great. It was a little challengine understanding the operating instructions but I had my chronograph up and running. The face is big, the band is stainless steel and nice crafted. There are adjustable links to remove from the watch band that can accommodate any wrist size.
I would recommend this watch to anyone considering. For those who can't decide from the photos if the watch looks great, it really does.

> February 19, 2013
I recently got this watch for my boyfriend's birthday gift. When he opened it he looked like a child on Christmas morning. He loved it. Pretty sure he squealed like a little school girl too! Like most other reviews, this watch will fit you if you are the size of a gorilla! We had to take 5 links off of it for the watch to fit properly. Also setting it up took a little time but other then that the watch is beautiful, not very heavy, and he says its very comfortable on the wrist. All in all, highly recommended.

Invicta-9094 Men Watch

Invicta Men's 9094 Pro Diver Collection Automatic Watch

Positive Review:

> February 20, 2013
First things first, Love this watch! It's sleek, stylish, functional, sturdy, and great deal. I purchased my first Invicta last year on my honeymoon (thanks sweetie). It was the 10498 model. I love it and still wear to this day. Then for Christmas, my wife gave me the 8932A model. Then I gave myself this model as a Valentine's day present. So here's my opinion on my three Invicta watches:
Amazon is a great place to buy watches. Best prices I've found. Reliable, quick shipping is added bonus. As far as the watches, be sure to do your homework. I favor the automatics bc no batteries and classical. The see-thru back case is truly fun to show off. The 10498 is pretty big for my wrist. It's on the top heavy side as well. This 9094 is on medium side. Not too heavy and/or large. But also not mistaken for a woman's watch. Just perfect for me. The 8942A is on the small/light side and not automatic mvmt. I've received more compliments than I can count on my 9094. It is a brilliant blue and luminous marks work excellently.
My suggestion is if you choose to buy an automatic mvmt, invest in a good quality automatic watch winder. I got the Brookstone double capacity. I plan to write a review for that later. If you decide to take off your automatic for more than 12 hrs you will have to reset time and manually rewind.
My last bit of advice is to take caution in the details listed on Amazon. Frequently details on size are listed differently on same page for product. Cross reference these with another site to be sure you know exactly what you are getting.
Now your only issue is deciding what style and color watch you choose.
Have A Good Time. (Pun intended)

I am impressed with the initial quality of the Invicta diver. Case and bezel appear precisely manufactured, overall finish of the watch is excellent. Solid feeling band. For the price, I think its a great bargain. Comparable to a Tag IMO, for 1/10 the price. Comes with a year warranty, so we'll see if the bezel gets loose or if the crystal scratches easily. Get the Invicta sizing tool and DIY - easy.

I got the watch to use as a dive watch. Already had in sea water, doing shipwecrk dives.
One hundred ten foot dive, no problems. Has the features I wanted. Recommend to anyone who wants a nice dive watch at a good price.

I would prefer to rate this product ZERO star. I have since ordered my 4th Invicta Watch but the latest purchase was such a disappointment. The watch didn't have any plastic protection on the face of the watch and worst is that it has a 5mm long scratch on the face! This shall be the last time I will purchase Invicta Watch on Amazon.

> February 11, 2013
I just received this watch as a retirement gift which was purchased from Amazon.

I love the looks of it, and the automatic/self wind (no battery) feature... but what I like most in my watches is a rotating bezel for timing various things... I'm not a scuba diver, but I do time many things, especially when cooking, walking, or anything that needs to be timed within an hour or less.

The "rotating" bezel on this watch is NOT very easy to rotate... there is nothing on it to help grasp it... my "Timex Men's T49776 Casual Diver Watch" that I bought from Amazon has a much better timing bezel that is easy to grasp and rotate... this Invicta watch does NOT !

Do any of the "engineers" that design these watches ever use them ? Sure does not seem like it.

Any one else have issues rotating this timing bezel ?

just a few words....1. i recived the watch and the calendar did not work, 2. the warranty is a shit. i send to invicta warranty support and they take 2 weeks just for find the problem....(i find in 2 seconds) 3. i bouhgt for crysmas and even today dont have any answer....4. for my bad luck went they finally dyscover the difect now they need to send to repair center out of usa...so i think i will get my watch i hope on 2 months more....

Positive Review:

I love it it works well and is very functional. It is comfortable and seams like it will be very durable.

> February 9, 2013
I get so many compliments on it and it fits really well. I never take it off. The bright white has faded into a grayish color but it still works great almost a year later with many drops.

> February 3, 2013
I wanted this watch for a long time. I finally bought it and I really like it. It is easy to use and very practical. I really like the fact that when you want to split a run or pause it, the original starting time is still showing on the watch (great feature). It is light to wear and doesn't stick to the skin if you sweat (easy to clean up too). I recommand this watch if you are thinking of buying it, watch the price, because you shouldn't spend more than 45 bucks for it (all included). This is what I think it is worth. The side buttons look a little cheap. I will be able to confirm that with time.

# Casio-GW500A-1V Watch Review

Casio-GW500A-1V G-Shock Watch

Casio-GW500A-1V G-Shock Watch

Casio GW500A-1V G-Shock Atomic Solar Watch

Positive Review:

> February 16, 2013
I love this watch. I've only had it a few weeks but couldn't be happier.

I have a habit of rapidly breaking watches. Typically because I end up whacking it on a door jam as I walk between rooms. I also wear my watch 24 hours a day including showering, washing dishes, etc.

This thing is great! It syncs nightly without issue. The book says to leave it in a window but I sleep in the basement with it on and it syncs fine 90% of the time (I live in MN, ymmv on the east coast).

The multiple alarms are great. I have one for myself, one for getting my kid on the bus, and one for picking her up.

I typically wear short sleeves or roll my cuffs up so I'm not sure if charging will be an issue. The battery is still fully charged obviously.

All told, this watch is a great value.

> February 15, 2013
This is a rugged watch to which you simply don't have to do much of anything, ever. As long as it gets a little light once in a while, and can connect (automatically, in the middle of the night) to the atomic clock in Colorado to set itself, it does its job of telling you the exact time better than pretty much any other watch on the planet. To be frank, Tag Heuer, Seiko and Rolex are less accurate, and you'll spend more on maintaining one of those watches than on buying this one (not to mention the fact that you'll likely be afraid of damaging those). I personally like things that I can trust, that I don't have to fuss with, and that are cost-effective. This watch easily meets all three of those criteria. The auto-electroluminescent feature is great. It automatically lights up in the dark when you raise your arm more than 40 degrees, which is very handy when you don't want to press a button to know the time. The band is very strong, light and comfortable, and it's stylish enough to wear for any occasion. I'm very pleased.

> February 8, 2013
I bought a Casio watch after my wife suggested that I buy one so I didn't have to keep pulling out my phone to check the time. She has used Casio watches for years and pointed me in this direction. I couldn't be happier with this watch. Nearly indestructible, chemical resistant, water resistant, and simple interface all adds up to a great watch for anyone in any situation. Great for working out, outdoor use or just everyday wear. Sleek and styling black color and comfortable fit. Would highly recommend.

> February 5, 2013
This is a remarkable watch at an incredibly low price. Right out of the box, which arrived in only 3 days, the watch was already set to the right day, date and time. And if it continues to work as promised, I should never need to adjust it. This is the second Casio atomic I've purchased. If I check this one against the old one, they are at precisely the same time, to the second. The first one has worked flawlessly for the past 7 years. This one is a bit lighter in weight but otherwise the same as the first. I'll never buy another watch that's not atomic. Just a great product. I especially recommend this watch to technophobes because there is nothing to do, no adjustments to make, and there never will be any. Obviously, you'll need to adjust the alarm, if you want to use it. But if you just want the date and time, correct to the nearest second, this watch will give it to you, and you'll never need to doubt its accuracy.

> February 3, 2013
If you are looking for a solar powered & atomic powered watch without all the frills, this is it!! I used to have a much bigger Casio Paw1200....you know, the one with the barometer, the altimeter, the thermometer, the compass....blah, blah, blah.. in other words - CRAP I NEVER ENDED UP USING. Well, the band broke on it and to replace it is not cheap. I decided to see if there was a watch out there that still had the convenient solar & atomic time features on it and was not going to be a wallet buster. i found the answer to that question with this watch.

PROS: solar powered!! atomic time!!! Gshock casing & styling, decent price

CONS: the lettering on the face dial is a little small ..... so get familiar with your watch to know what you are looking at.

Invicta Men's 9211 Speedway Collection Chronograph Watch

Positive Review:

> February 25, 2013
to get a watch of this quality I would expect to pay several hundred if not thousand dollars, so when I saw someone wearing this watch, and picked it up, I was shocked and had to have one. I wore the rolex Daytona for several years before having to sell it under pressure from the economy. This is a similar watch in weight, size, and feel, if not a rolex, as nice a feel.

Negative Review:

> February 3, 2013
The product is not as good as the pictures. They make it sound a great deal by showing the original price as 388 odd dollars. The fact is i would not pay more than $40.00...
Pros..
Package
Cons..
Everything else is a joke..

# Michael-Kors-MK8077 Watch Review

Michael-Kors-MK8077 Men Watch

Michael-Kors-MK8077 Men Watch

Michael Kors MK8077 Gold-Tone Men's Watch

Positive Review:

> February 22, 2013
I was skeptical about purchasing this on Amazon because you do not always get the best quality or read the best reviews, however, I did extensive research before buying mine. First things first, the main picture is not the best one... The watch looks very yellow for some reason, but since I have seen this particular watch in person, I knew what its supposed to look like..so dont let this turn you off. Secondly, someone left a review saying that this was a fake and the gold was wearing off by the second week. I am not sure if this individual received theirs from the same seller I did (watch colony) but mine is fine. It has been three weeks since I received it and I wear it every day.. However, I do want to make a point, the watches obviously are not made of real gold, so the material will wear off with time because of contact with your clothing, and other objects, BUT, there are steps you can take to taking better care of the watch so the wearing off does not happen. I wipe mine off before putting it away and store in a plastic bag. Someone shared this tip with me a while bag and it works perfectly. Also, don't come in contact with oil from make up or perfume. I wash my hands thoroughly before touching the wash, and never spray perfume near it. I know this might seem like a pain but for me, it is worth for an expensive watch that can last years before wearing off. Also, someone made a remark about the watch easily scratching.. again this is a part of wearing jewelry and will happen with anything you have really. Definitely buy the watch.

> February 14, 2013
I love everything about this watch! There is a review that the gold is cheap and was faded in places that kind of scared me but don't be scared! I get compliments on this watch ALL the time. It is perfect for work or everyday use! Is very shiny and eye catching. It isn't the biggest watch I own but the size is great. It is big enough to get attention but not too big to where it's annoying.

> February 1, 2013
So glad I waited to purchase this watch on Amazon instead of a major department store. I looked at this watch several times at the store, but wanted to see if I could get it for a better price (store charges $275, and I got it for $190). Good things comes to those who wait. Received it within two days after ordering it (Prime member), and am extremely satisfied with the product. It was packaged well and the plastic coverings were where it should be (this is my third MK watch). I love this watch! It has the trendy sporty look to it and I like the heavier weight. If you are looking for a crossover of fashionably flashy, trendy and sporty, then this watch is for you.

Timex Men's T53151 Ironman Traditional 30-Lap Black/Gray Resin Strap Watch

Positive Review:

> February 7, 2013
I've been wearing this watch for nearly 20 years, it's always been great and I recommend it to anyone who wants a good durable watch.

> February 3, 2013
I bought this watch a couple weeks ago when the Indiglo function started to go on the identical Ironman that I have used for the past 4-5 years. I was very happy with that watch and expect that the new one will perform just as well. This watch has the mineral crystal, which I strongly recommend. The acrylic crystal that you find on most of the comparably priced watches is easily scratched, while the mineral crystal is much more scratch-resistant.

Negative Review:

> February 20, 2013
I purchased this watch thinking that it was a mans watch - when I received it - the watch was smaller than my previous Ironman watch . I was very disappointed and gave the watch to my Wife . Live and learn .

Seiko-SKX781 Men Watch

Seiko Men's SKX781 "Orange Monster" Automatic Dive Watch

Positive Review:

> February 28, 2013
Have been eyeing up this watch for a while. I have an automatic Seiko in my collection that I purchased new in 1977 (36 years ago) that still runs great. Only had it serviced once to clean and refurbish seals, etc. I wore that one faithfully for years. Also have a Seiko Kinetic that is over 5 years old and runs great. These are great watches. The Orange Monster is a beautiful dive watch and I'm looking forward to years if service from it. Build quality looks very good. Amazon's price is unbeatable. Have not noted anything negative about this watch... It rocks!

> February 23, 2013
I own many watches, some costing a lot of money, but I have never owned a better watch than the Orange Monster for the money I paid for it. This watch is Japan's and Seiko's answer to that very expensive Swiss classic diver's watch, you know the one that goes for $5K+. Only you can get this classic for under $200.00 at Amazon.com.

> February 1, 2013
I have owned my OM for just over a year now and its my daily wear watch. I like the look and it has great wrist presence. From a WIS point of view, this watch has an almost legendary status. It keeps good time and has worked well for me. I am usually about 3-5sec a day slow but that's certainly acceptable to me. The fact that this is an automatic movement made completely in house makes this a steal for under $200. This watch is my first Seiko and my first automatic, but it won't be my last!

If you are on the fence about this watch, BUY IT! You will love it.

Negative Review:

> February 16, 2013
I have had my Orange monster for 3 years and use it few times. It does not keep accurate time, it gains minutes a day no matter what. Also I can not set the watch accurately. The last postion of the stem, the hack setting does not work. Once I have worn the watch for a few hours the second hand will not stop when I pull on the stem. I even purchased an automatice winder to see if this would help, it did not. So for accurate time keeping and setting I have to wear one of my other watches. I do not expect the accuracy of a quartz movement, but minutes a day means I have to set it each day just to have a semblane of the correct time. I love the style, the face and the bracelet, but not the time keeping which is what I buy a watch for.

I really like this watch. It's on the bigger side, have a little weight to it as well. I was looking for that. It looks like is much more expensive that it actually is

> February 2, 2013
This is an excellent watch especially for the price! I highly recommend this watch to anyone looking to get an amazing watch at an amazing price! The only thing to keep in mind is that this watch's face is large so just keep that in mind if you have a small wrist. Overall 5/5. A++

Negative Review:

> February 28, 2013
Supper excited when I got the watch. Great weight, nice looking, great design. Super bummed when it didn't work. The minute hand would not move. Thought I was doing something wrong or not setting it correctly but a few of my coworkers couldn't figure it out either. I have returned it and Amazon made it super easy to return. My account was credited in just a few days. May try to purchase again and hope for a working watch. Makes me a little nervous however.

> February 23, 2013
It looked good on the computer, but once I received it the wrist band looked cheap. The actual watch seemed ok, but it appeared as an attempt at classy so I returned it. This was the second Invicta watch I bought and returned.

> February 18, 2013
This is a nice watch. You need to shorten the strap more than any other watch. Not as good as it looks on the website. Packing and the box is nice.

I'm not surprised that this watch has 5* rating all around. It's really IN right now. And I have to say it's popular for very good reasons, since this watch is beautiful and supper stylish. I mostly wear it with various little gold toned bracelets from my collection and always get compliments on it. I'm really impressed with the quality as well, since it's very light however also sturdy. I never really use chronograph on my watches, but the date window is really useful. All around a very good value for the money, especially now when gold watches are so popular. Highly recommend!
